Thanksgiving

With an ache in my heart this Thanksgiving, I still choose to give thanks for God's goodness in my life.  Today as I wept because of my loneliness, I was still able to be thankful in knowing where Tom is this Thanksgiving.  A friend and I think that everyday in heaven is Thanksgiving Day!  As we walk this earthly sod we must celebrate Thanksgiving everyday...it is life changing...choosing to be thankful.

Lisa, two different quotes that I read today made me immediately think of you. They are "A thankful mind set does not entail a denial of reality with its plethora of problems. Instead, it rejoices in The Lord, in the midst of trials and tribulations". The other is: ....giving thanks is only this: making the canyon of pain into a megaphone to proclaim the ultimate goodness of God". Thank you for proclaiming Jesus in the midst of your pain. We love you and your family.

Lisa,
You and your family have been a GIFT FROM GOD to the Muschott Family - it seems like such a short time ago we celebrated Thanksgiving with you in 2000 - holding on to those memories and praying for strength for you during this difficult time. WE LOVE YOU ALL!
